Board of Directors

The policy making body of the Greater Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce, represents the business and professional leadership of the community. The Board consists of 20 members and are elected for a 3 year term.

Officers

Elected by the Board, serve as the Executive Board and Finance committee and may handle business that occurs between Board Meetings.

Ambassadors Committee

The ambassadors are a group of volunteers that schedule ribbon cuttings, after hours socials, the "Net Working" luncheons, the Arts Festival, basically any activity that creates the opportunity to mingle and or produce income.

We keep a open door policy and invite you to attend our next meeting in Nov. 15 from 12 noon to 1 ish.

Education Committee

To enhance the quality of education, recognize outstanding students and educators, and be a viable, proactive leader in North Pinellas County educational affairs.

Government Affairs

This Committee analyzes local, state and national legislative issues for impact on the business community; to serve as a communication link between businesses and elected officials; to provide local business solutions and directions for our members; to work for the continuance and enhancement of the private, competitive system of business. To work closely with our business partners in developing new business; being a source of retention for existing businesses; taking a consulting role for the Business Assistance program.

PHCSA – Palm Harbor Community Services Agency

Board created by the county, with oversight responsibility for county properties in Palm Harbor. These include the Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation, Palm Harbor Library and the East Lake Library.

Task Forces

Palm Harbor Chamber of Commerce fine Arts & Fine Crafts Festival

Florida premier arts festival located in Palm Harbor and traditionally held the first weekend in December. We have fine arts & crafts exhibits and food concessions. Each year portions of the proceeds are set aside for the Bill & Louise Hoskins.

Palm Harbor Golf Tournament Committee

Council of Presidents

Community wide organization of community and civic groups created to coordinate activities and events in the Palm Harbor area.

Holiday Parade

A community event produced by the Greater Palm Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce, Old Palm Harbor Partnership, Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation Dept, Palm Harbor Historical Society and the Palm Harbor Rotary. Any community, individual, company or group can participate.
